Helen Grace Chocolates

It’s quite a story: from a modest Candy kitchen in
San Pedro, California, to creator of premium chocolate
confections shipped, sold and enjoyed around the world.
Helen grace was quite a woman. 
On her 30th birthday, Helen received a small chocolate shop as a gift from her husband. Since that day in 1944, the shop has grown from a single storefront into a national company. Helen’s devotion to chocolate quality and artistry continues to this day, earning the company a proud place in chocolate history.
At Helen Grace, we know that for many people, chocolate isn’t just a treat’ it’s a passion! That is the way we feel, too. The only way to create the highest quality chocolates is to use time-honoured recipes and the finest, freshest ingredients.
We begin with a proprietary blend of premium Belgian and domestic chocolates. Our milk chocolate is slightly darker and less sweet than most, for a flavour that is rich and robust. And our dark chocolate captures the full expression of concentrated cocoa, for a taste that is especially satisfying,
We select the finest buts and roast them just prior to use for the freshest possible flavour. Our fruit centers are made with real fruit rather than fruit flavourings. Our mocha creams are made with real coffee and our caramels, nougats, toffees and brittles are slowly cooled on a slab before being cut by hand. All of our recipes have been perfected over time and contain no trans fat. 
From start to finish, it is a slow and specialized process. But it is worth it. After all, some things just should not be hurried… a serious chocolate lover can taste the difference.
